Proposals, quotations, presentations, demonstrations and concepts that we share with you are provided in confidence, for the sole purpose of evaluating whether to work with us. They remain our intellectual property. You may not disclose them to anyone outside your organisation, or use them, or allow anyone else to use them, to have a similar system built, without our written agreement. Sharing an idea with you does not transfer it to you.
Where a particular engagement needs it, we will ask you to sign a confidentiality agreement. These terms are in addition to any such agreement and to any contract between us.
"Agile Automate", our logo, and the names of our products are the trade names and brand identity of Agile Automate (Pty) Ltd. Nothing here grants any right to use them.
Names, logos and quotations of our clients and partners belong to those organisations. We show them to identify work we have done and with the relevant organisation's agreement. They do not mean that the organisation endorses anything other than what it has said in its own words.
Where this website shows an interface, any company, school, person, learner, examinee or record in it is a fictitious demonstration unless it says otherwise. No real client or examinee record is displayed.
When you send an enquiry, we use it as set out in our Privacy Policy.
