What does Agile Automate do?
We design, build, integrate and support business software for South African companies: custom systems, ready-made products such as HR, health and safety compliance and access control, process automation, and integrations with tools like Xero and WhatsApp.
Do you build custom software or sell ready-made products?
Both. We have nine products you can start from, including Agile HR Pro, SafetyLoop, a polygraph management system, PEAI Academy, access control, Tax Assistant, ComplexManager, a point of sale for bars and venues and a transport fleet, HR and payroll platform. Most of our work is built or adapted to the way a specific business runs.
Can you integrate with Xero?
Yes. We have built live Xero API integrations that post invoices and credit notes, reconcile payments and create cost-of-sales journals from operational data, so nothing is captured twice.
Do you work with the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. We use the WhatsApp Business API for customer and staff messaging, alerts, confirmations and chatbots that hand over to a person when needed.
Which platforms do you implement?
We implement and connect ClickUp, Bitrix24, Odoo, Xero and Supabase, and we will tell you honestly when a smaller off-the-shelf tool is the better answer than a custom build.
Which industries do you build for?
Labour broking and staffing, gas and energy distribution, schools, security services, retail, logistics, sectional title property management, training providers, farming and venues. The platform changes; the approach does not.

Agile Automate (Pty) Ltd is based in Parys, Free State, and works with clients across South Africa.
