What was built
- Fleet management: a controller board of every truck, driver, destination and workshop status, job cards, a service planner, a tyre register with cost per kilometre, parts stock, purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Driver tools: pre-trip checks where a failure opens a workshop job card, trip details, odometer readings and expenses, all from the driver's phone.
- HR: staff records and organogram, recruitment, onboarding and exit, training, performance, and a disciplinary process built around the CCMA.
- Payroll: pay runs built from clock-in hours or salary, PAYE, UIF and SDL, loans and deductions, payslips on the employee's phone and the monthly SARS return.
- Health and safety: incident reporting, a risk register, inspection checklists, corrective actions, protective equipment and safety appointments.
- Time and attendance with shifts, overtime and a face-recognition clock, and compliance tracking for licences, PrDPs, permits and medicals.
