Our work spans full operational management systems, HR and workforce platforms, biometric access control with facial-recognition (liveness-verified) attendance, fleet and logistics tooling, financial and invoicing systems, and custom web applications — built on relational databases with well over a hundred linked tables where the business demands it. This isn't theoretical: our systems run live, mission-critical operations today. A national labour broker runs its entire recruitment, scheduling, payroll, compliance and client-billing lifecycle on a platform we built and have supported in daily production use since November 2025. A multi-depot gas distribution business runs its end-to-end order management, real-time inventory and cylinder tracking, driver and fleet logistics, and electronic proof-of-delivery on a system we designed, built and continue to extend for them. What distinguishes Agile Automate is a genuine obsession with automating anything paper-based or manual, and a track record of integration discipline — connecting the tools businesses already rely on, rather than forcing them to start over. We've built live, credential-secured API integrations with Xero accounting software, WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways, and third-party background-screening pipelines. Every system we deliver includes role- and permission-based access control, full audit trails, and management dashboards that turn live operational data into real-time reporting and automatically generated documents — invoices, payslips, reference checks and compliance records — cutting out manual admin and rework.
