Agile HR Pro: what it does

Most HR departments run on a mix of spreadsheets, shared folders and paper. Agile HR Pro replaces that with one system where a person's whole story, from application to exit, sits in one file.

  • Personnel files, departments and an organogram, with username-only logins for staff who have no email address.
  • Vacancies, a public application form, interviews, reference checks, job descriptions and appointment letters.
  • Clock in and out, shifts and rosters, including a face-recognition clock for sites.
  • Leave requests and approvals by line managers, with balances and a calendar.
  • Training with courses, sessions, assessments and certificates, and a compliance tracker that flags expiring licences, medicals and permits.

Can staff without email addresses use it?

Yes. Staff without email can sign in with a username, which suits site, warehouse and field employees.

Is our data kept separate from other companies?

Yes. Each customer has its own separate database, so one company's records are never mixed with another's.

Can I see it before I decide?

Yes. We keep a demonstration company with fictitious people and data. Ask for a demonstration and we will walk you through it.
