Agile Automate POS: what it does

A bar loses money in small ways: a round that was never rung up, a bottle counted wrong, a tab nobody chased. Every sale, void, discount and cash-up here is on the record, tied to a person.

  • A bartender signs in with a PIN and taps big product tiles; quantity buttons put a round on as one row.
  • Discounts, voids and refunds need a supervisor PIN.
  • Start a shift with a confirmed float, finish with a blind cash-up, and print X and Z reads.
  • Open tabs, complimentary drinks, and staff accounts with a spending limit and a signed deduction consent.
  • Sales reports with drill-through on every figure, night-by-night trading and averages by day of the week.
  • Stock counted in bottles and tots, reorder and par levels, purchase orders, delivery receiving, transfers between bars, waste, stock takes and variance.
  • Recipes: mixed drinks and cocktails deduct their ingredients from stock automatically.
  • Slip printing on a Bluetooth thermal printer, with your own logo and wording.

What does the till do?

It rings up drinks on big touch tiles, handles rounds with quantity buttons, tabs, discounts and refunds with supervisor approval, and takes payments with a cash-up at the end of a shift.

Does it control stock?

Yes. Stock is counted in bottles and tots, with reorder and par levels, purchase orders, delivery receiving, transfers between bars, waste, stock takes and a variance report.

Can it run more than one bar?

Yes. Stock levels are kept per bar, and you can transfer stock between bars with a suggestion of what to move.

Can I try it?
