Can it manage several complexes?

Yes. Add as many complexes as you manage, each with its own units, staff, inspections, maintenance log and levies, and switch between them from a dropdown.

Does it do levy statements?

Yes. It produces levy statements for units, which you can print, download as PDF or Excel, or share on WhatsApp.

Can I try it first?

Yes. It has a demonstration mode with fictitious sample data, so you can look at every screen before any real information goes in.

Does it need special software?

No. It is a plain web app that runs in the browser and works with a standard hosting account and a cloud database.
